No portal or broker had any reason to tell me. So I built the thing I wished I'd had. You pay me, not the builder — so I have no reason to flatter an area. That independence is the whole point.

Where does the data come from?+

Public records: CGWB groundwater, state power utilities, AQI stations, sanctioned infrastructure, school and hospital directories, local news. Every figure is source-labelled.

Does this replace legal or title checks?+

No. It covers livability, not legal title. Still do RERA checks, title verification and a site visit — the report's checklist guides you through them.

What if the area scores well?+

Then you buy with confidence — that's what you paid for on a ₹2-crore call. The checklist still flags the unit-level caveats to confirm on your site visit.
