Khajaguda is a rocky-terrain residential pocket near the IT core — a busy, professional and fast-growing part of West Hyderabad's IT corridor. Expect a high-rise, working-professional setting with strong retail and nightlife nearby.

What Khajaguda has

Local anchors include the Khajaguda hills and Cyber Gateway. Schools, hospitals and malls are among the best in the city and still expanding. Job hubs like HITEC City and the Financial District are close, but ORR and arterial junctions clog at peak hours.

Like most of the western corridor, it leans on borewells and tankers through peak summer until the piped grid fully arrives. Flooding is mostly localised to a few low roads — micro-elevation decides it, so the exact street matters.
